Villa Neukölln in Berlin

HORRIBLE running this facility, if I had known that beforehand, I would never have supported such a place. An employee knocked my phone off a table, resulting in a broken screen. There was a two month process to get ONLY half the reimbursement for my phone repair - this process involved lots of back and forth emails accusing me, screaming fights with the manager, and total disrespect on the part of the owner. Needless to say, I am very disappointed with the values ​​of the management & owner, my friends and I will NEVER be returning to Villa Neukölln.

Quirky local bar we decadent decor unfortunately let down by the servers attitude. They refused to take card payments.

Cool vibe, like a speakeasy in the 1930s. Only thing missing was a jazz band

I rate with a plus or minus: fun to go with little guys and / or have a beer. The food doesn't stand out and it usually takes a long time. The deal is somewhat harsh - very Berliner in that sense. Acceptable prices. For what the area is, the site is doing well.

Very slow service. Alcohol glasses are mixed with water. The waiters are terrible, I don't recommend this bar under any circumstances. To flee!

Long wait when no one was there, the waitress refuses to sit us outside because there are many of us while there were even more people installed ... there is more water than alcohol in our glass.

The audience is multi-cultural, I personally found it wonderful! The atmosphere has something, the people are cool, music from the 70s / 80s, not very loud, everything somehow fit. Unfortunately, the air inside was a bit stuffy. The waitress came dancing around without a card, but it didn't matter either, we wanted to drink draft beer anyway and we didn't want her to come and go again because the shop was full and we had been waiting for the waitress for a long time. Well we ordered draft beer, came quickly, but didn't taste like it! Also came glass in normal water, hence the point deductions! Prices are ok, we will come back, maybe that was just an isolated case all

Nice place. Such as Manu Diop said, bartender tries to scam you every time. Such a shame. Watch out when changing money.

It was the first bar I visited in Berlin, very welcoming, low prices and pleasant staff. You can stay there for hours without worrying about anything, you have all kinds of good meetings, coffee is good coffee, cold beer, and even herbal teas are okey! A place to stop off for sure if you want to get into Berlin life.

This is the place! Great music, great rooms, vibe, and the best thing that you don't get very often in Berlin - it is a smoke free area! Sadly no dark techno and sweaty people.

A great place, recommended also for larger groups as the ballroom is really big! The decoration is great! BUT the staff is incredibly rude and the drinks are really bad! Had a margarita and an old fashioned - it has been a while since someone screwed them up!

Bartender in the back tries to scam the clients every time... asking for more money that is due, giving back the wrong amount... surprisingly every time in his favour. And then becomes unpleasant when caught, instead of excusing.

Bad service. Bad music. Bad place. However, I met a nice lady here that brought me to the bar next door. We had fun there.

Its a cute place on Hermannstraße. The decor is vintage and 70s/80s - I can imagine my childhood when visiting a place like this. Some live candles on tables. Friendly service. It seemed to attract a hipster type of crowd with a lot of millennials. The second, bigger room is designated for smokers - I find it odd that one can still smoke inside a restaurant in Berlin- as so many EU countries have banned it years ago.
